Dr. Sheela Hoyle is the owner and CEO of S.A.R. Consulting Group. She has over 25 years of experience guiding organizational change utilizing leadership strategies to create efficient business practices and workplace transformation. She has served in multiple leadership roles including EVP of Organizational Learning, Culture and Change, Student Services Dean, Department Chair, Instructional Faculty, Academic Counselor, Curriculum Developer, Online Instructor and Campus Innovator.

Dr. Hoyle has led efforts to implement new change management models and strategically delivered equity based, change management with positive outcomes.

Dr. Hoyle earned a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, M.A. in Educational Counseling and Social Justice from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley.
