Dr. Sheela Hoyle is an accomplished organizational change leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations, educational institutions, and teams navigate transformation, strengthen leadership, and improve performance. Her expertise spans strategic planning, organizational development, change management, culture transformation, and leadership development. Throughout her career, Dr. Hoyle has served in a variety of executive and educational leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Organizational Learning, Culture and Change, Student Services Dean, Department Chair, Academic Counselor, Curriculum Developer, Instructional Faculty member, Online Instructor, and Campus Innovator. These diverse experiences provide her with a unique perspective on leading change across complex organizations.
Dr. Hoyle has successfully guided organizations through the implementation of innovative change management strategies, fostering inclusive, equity-centered approaches that drive sustainable growth, operational effectiveness, and measurable outcomes.She earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, she also has a Master of Arts in Educational Counseling and Social Justice from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley.
